Claudia Alice Physiotherapy
Revolutionise your recovery journey with cutting-edge physiotherapy
About Claudia Alice
I’m a Chartered Physiotherapist with a first-class BSc (Hons) degree and a background in professional dance. Having gained experience across the NHS and private practice, I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to physiotherapy, combining clinical knowledge with a deep understanding of movement and the body.
My aim is not simply to treat an injury, but to understand the bigger picture, helping you build the strength, confidence and knowledge to move well and achieve your goals.
My background in dance, alongside my love of Pilates and movement, allows me to bring a strong focus on movement quality, strength and long-term wellbeing to my practice.

Your initial assessment involves a combination of look into your medical history, in-depth examination, diagnostic tests, and an understanding of your presentation. This process allows us to gain insights into your condition, identify any contributing factors, and develop a personalised treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.
Follow-Up Assessment
A continuation of your initial assessment. We will review your injury and rehab. Further treatment will be provided. This may include manual techniques such as massage, exercises, technique modifications, ultra sound, taping and more. We can progress or modify your plan and give you further support to achieve your goals.

This all depends on what you are coming into clinic for. You will want to wear clothing that doesn’t restrict your movements and also lets us assess and treat the area which you are experiencing an injury or problem. For example with a knee injury shorts would be preferred. But most of all come in something you feel comfortable in.
